The Pressproof process

Pressproof is the perfect solution for publishing teams and organisations that require multi level approvals, from internal and external clients and designers.

It's an easy 4 step process.

Step 1

We prepare your designers InDesign files to be press ready, checking fonts, image resolutions, and make sure that the correct colour profiles are set. Using XMF preflights, we double check that your files are press ready, and not RGB or web based.

Step 2

After creating your final print PDF we offer an online PDF approval process using Pageproof, so your team can easily review and approve the final print file with your team members and/or clients.

Step 3

Once online approval has been given, we run ISO colour proofs (hard copy proofs) for a final check for content and colour. These proofs are sent out to all involved in Step 2.

Step 4

When the proofs are signed off by all the reviewers, we send the proofs and the file to your printer.

Because our proofs are calibrated to ISO standards, as long as your printer is ISO certified, they will be able to match the colour and overall look of the proofs.

ISO Proofing

It provides a reliable means for designers, printers, and clients to communicate and ensure that the final printed product meets expectations in terms of color accuracy and overall appearance.
